What has to be settled before this page is real
Terms have to match the service as it is actually delivered, so they follow the service rather than lead it. These are the questions they will answer:
- What using this website means, and what the content on it is and is not.
- What a demonstration line is for, and what calling one does and does not entitle anyone to.
- What an AnswerCapture engagement covers, and what it explicitly does not.
- Who owns what, between AnswerCapture, a client, and the tools underneath.
- What happens when a third-party platform an engagement depends on is unavailable.
- The limits of liability, and the governing jurisdiction.
