Privacy
This page is a placeholder, not a finished policy. It exists so the link works and so what still has to be settled is visible. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and nothing on it should be relied on as a statement of how AnswerCapture handles your information today.
What has to be settled before this page is real
A privacy policy has to describe what actually happens, which means it can only be written after the production data flows are fixed. These are the questions it will answer:
- What information a visitor to this website leaves behind, and which analytics or tracking services are running when it launches.
- What happens to information submitted through the contact form, where it is stored, and for how long.
- What is captured when someone calls a demonstration line — audio, transcript, phone number — how long it is kept, and what it is used for.
- Which third-party services process any of that on AnswerCapture’s behalf.
- How someone asks what is held about them, or asks for it to be deleted.
- Which privacy regimes apply, given where AnswerCapture operates and where its customers are.
In the meantime
If you want to know what happens to something you have sent or said, ask directly and you will get a straight answer. Contact.
