Revenue Capture Scan

Ten questions about what happens after the phone rings.

Most owners can answer two or three of them. That is not a failure of effort — nothing in a normal service business was ever built to track it.

Call the scan line(516) 970-5537

A different number from the demo line. This one asks about your business.

What it is

A short call, then a written summary.

You call the number. An AnswerCapture agent walks you through ten questions about where inquiries arrive and what happens to them next — who answers, what happens after hours, when someone follows up, where it gets written down.

It takes a few minutes. At the end you get a written summary of your own answers and where the gaps are, sent to the email you give.

No cost, and no obligation to do anything with it.

What it asks

The questions themselves.

There is nothing hidden here. These are the questions, and you are welcome to answer them on your own without calling anybody.

  1. CaptureWhere did the inquiry come from?
  2. How fast did someone respond?
  3. Could the customer reach anyone after hours?
  4. UnderstandWas the lead actually qualified?
  5. DecideWas an appointment or next step offered?
  6. ActDid follow-up continue after the first attempt?
  7. Was it handed to a person at the right moment?
  8. OutcomeDid anyone record the outcome?

Plus two the list above does not cover: how a caller reaches a person when they ask for one, and what happens when nobody is available to take the transfer.

What it is not

It will not tell you what you are losing.

Every tool like this wants to multiply a few numbers together and hand you a figure with a dollar sign on it. We do not do that, because the figure would be invented and you would know it.

What you get back is your own answers, organised, with the gaps marked. You already know your close rate and what a job is worth. The arithmetic is yours to do, and it will be right.

It is also not a sales call. If you want one of those afterwards, that is a separate conversation.

Ten questions. A few minutes.

If you would rather hear the response system working before you answer questions about your own, talking to Riley is a better first stop.
